What is an Effectiveness Quotient (EQ)? EQ is a measure of a person’s ability to manage him/herself including emotions, thinking, and behaviors.

The key question is who is in charge of you today?

Reveal your EQ by evaluating your behavior below.

To To assess your Effectiveness Equation, you must gauge the “states of behavior” where you spend most of your time. These are represented by the descriptors in Columns A and B below.
Each pair of states represents a dichotomy; as such, you can only be in one state per pair. Click the radio button of the state that consumes your time for each pair.
For example, if you spend more time superficially thinking than you do deep thinking, click the radio button next to “Superficial thinking.”
