Karissa has served as an executive coach in more than 20 Fortune 100 companies. In 1994, she was handed her first coaching challenge. The challenge was to develop an interpersonal skill training/coaching program designed to integrate pilots into the traditional package delivery culture at the UPS Air Group in Louisville, KY. Since 1994, Karissa has worked with top leaders and managers across industries with in-depth experience in financial services, consumer packaged goods, retail, manufacturing, and telecommunications.
